PA Child Abuse History Certification - Free for volunteers and are valid for 5 years. FYI: You can only request this clearance for free once every 57 months. If you need another copy of it before your 57 months, it will cost $13. Please email office.journeychurch@gmail.com if you wish to get new clearances before your 57 months and we will pay for it. PA State Police Background Check - Free for volunteers. (Click HERE) Save the clearance PDF to submit.
Mandated Reporter Certification - Free. (Click HERE) Save the certificate PDF to submit.
FBI Criminal History Clearance (FBI Fingerprint) - $23.25 for volunteers. (Click HERE)
If you are employed by a school, you may have a federal clearance as well which we also would accept.
You can also place paper copies of your clearances in the Church Administrator's mailbox at any time
